Dale Orr is the founder and President of VyStar Title Agency. Dale is a seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience in title insurance and real estate mortgage lending. Dale graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and holds her 4-10, 2-15 and 2-20 insurance licenses in Florida.

She is a licensed title agent in both Florida and Georgia. Dale is a past president and member of the Riverside Rotary Club of Jacksonville and serves the community as an active volunteer and supporter of the Jacksonville Humane Society, Jacksonville Arts and Music School (JAMS) and Community Peds Hospice.

With 27 years of experience in residential real estate title and lending, I have developed a deep understanding of complex transactions and a commitment to providing exceptional service. My extensive experience ensures that I can offer insightful guidance and support throughout the entire process. My professional journey has been characterized by integrity and excellence, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes for members and clients.

Outside of my career, I am passionate about community service. I volunteer with my church, the Jacksonville Humane Society, and Sponsored by Grace, dedicating time and resources to support these initiatives. I also participate in mission trips to Costa Rica, where I have the privilege of serving homeless and impoverished men, women, and children. These experiences have profoundly shaped my perspective and reinforced my belief in the power of compassion and service.

Sam Brennan is the Post Closing Manager for VyStar Title Agency. Sam has over 25 years’ experience in the title insurance and mortgage lending industry. He has been with VyStar Title Agency for over 16 years and is an integral part of the title agency team. His “can-do” attitude and professionalism ensures our customers receive best in class service in every transaction.

Ginger Wilder is the Closing Manager for VyStar Title Agency. She has more than 16 years’ experience in the financial services and title insurance industry and has been with the title agency since 2012. Ginger is a licensed title agent and is dedicated to serving VTA’s customers.
